A web-optimised output of banners, print data of an advertisement prepared for a daily newspaper, the output of print data for a roll-up banner, the transfer of data to your web-to-print partner - no problem! Settings on the respective templates allow you to control the corresponding data output in a customised way without loss of quality and with no requirement for reprographic skills!
Advertising material shop
Let users order physical items, downloadable items or templates directly. Relatial uses the open source e-commerce platform Magento 2 and therefore offers all the standard shop functions that a modern and powerful webshop provides.
Approval work flows for templates and orders
Don't want to completely give up control over certain templates or orders? You can individually define whether a supervisor needs to check and approve. The setting can be made for individual users or individual items.

Do you want to work on a document together with your product management? Do you want to send a customised or adapted document to a partner in sales for further use? Sharing & collaboration offers a wide range of options for collaboration and for sharing documents.
Combine different items or templates into one campaign. Campaigns can be extended with a campaign description, different timelines for the individual steps and permissions. This gives you an overview of your campaigns.
Requirement quantity queries
The centralised production of marketing materials is a challenge. In which quantity and in which versions do you need the materials? You can ask the users what quantities are needed in the respective departments via the requirement quantity queries. This means you can produce exactly what is needed.
Budget/quantity quota management
A user may only order a certain number of items or a certain value in a period of time? These restrictions can be set individually at item and user level.
Do you have materials for your marketing with elements that can be added or deselected, such as a brochure with optional pages? Using a product set, components can be added or deselected flexibly within the editor. Depending on the option selected, the item costs are automatically adjusted.
Events with various event options, customisations and on-site delivery management can be booked in one step. Example: You are organising a road show. This includes various items that can be booked, such as roll-up displays, catering, etc. These components can be combined as appropriate. An invitation card can be edited in the CHILI publisher and then delivered locally to the relevant event location at the right time using information in the checkout process.
Easy update function for templates
Has there been an important change in a template because of a change in legislation or in the CI? With just a few clicks, as an administrator you can update this central change across all user adaptations. This ensures that everyone always has the most up-to-date templates.
Template editing history
Who is responsible for the content? As an administrator, you have the complete history of which master template was used to create an adaptation, which users edited it and, above all, when it was approved. Freedom in creation and control when it matters!
Identity provider connection
Do you already have a centralised user management system? OKTA, SAML2 and Microsoft AD are already included in our range of functions. Further connections to the marketing portal are possible on request.
Customised system interfaces
Existing systems, such as e.g. an existing merchandise management system, can be connected to the marketing portal via APIs. In this way, data can be used across the board and synergies created.
